OPTING OUT
If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us. Your personal information will then be removed from our Constant Contact database.
ELIGIBILITY
To receive SMS Services, you must be 18 years of age or older. By providing your phone number, you affirmatively represent that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate the SMS Services and remove your information from our Constant Contact database upon discovery that you are under the age of 18.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please review it frequently. For material changes, we will provide notice via text message to enrolled users prior to the change taking effect. By continuing to use the SMS Services after any such changes have been made, you accept and agree to the updates to the Privacy Policy.
